Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Oneida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment, utilizing mechanical knowledge and various hand and power tools. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred, especially with assembly line processes and forklift operation. The position requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Items are VERY small so if you have smaller hands this position would be a great fit.
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or background in assembly line operations is a plus
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes

Shifts and Pay:
1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 6:40am to 3:10pm - $16.25
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday, 2:40pm to 11:10pm - $16.75
3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 10:40pm to 7:10am - $17.25
