Machine Operator/Forklift is responsible for preparing metal for the galvanizing process and packaging the finished products. Monday-Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal materials by removing contaminants to ensure proper zinc adhesion during the galvanizing process.
- Operate equipment to safely move, load, and unload materials through various stages of production.
- Package galvanized products accurately based on customer specifications and order details.
- Organize and distribute empty pallets to maintain efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Follows written and verbal instructions with accuracy and reliability.
- Maintains a safety-focused mindset and works well in a team-oriented environment.
