Express is seeking dedicated Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to work in Swansboro, NC. This full-time, evaluation hire offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic production environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and positioning various materials into a sewing machine.
- Continuous machine operation, feeding the machine, and watching for machine malfunctions.
- Ensuring products are meeting company standards. Checking for problems like defective stitching or machine errors.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Additional responsibilities as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous sewing experience preferred
- Ability to pass the background check and drug test requirements
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of sitting for long periods of time, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
