Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: New Bern, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $14.00/hour
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Bern, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
- Assist customers with inquiries and service issues
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Experience Required:
- Prior customer service or call center experience preffered
