What You’ll Do:

Recruit, interview, and place job seekers in roles that match their skills and goals

Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking applicants and associates

Build relationships with local businesses and help them find great talent

Support onboarding, orientations, and associate check-ins

Maintain accurate records and follow up with candidates and clients regularly

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is fluent in Spanish and English

Has strong communication and organizational skills

Loves working with people and solving problems

Has experience in customer service, HR, or staffing (a plus, not required)

Is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a team environment
