Job Title: Delivery Helper / Material Handler
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexibility required for end times)
Employment Type: Full-Time, evaluation hire
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Delivery Helper / Material Handler to assist with the loading and unloading of building materials, including windows and doors. This role involves physically demanding work and requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Responsibilities
Load and unload windows, doors, and other products by hand.
Assist the driver with daily delivery routes and customer deliveries.
Safely handle and move materials throughout the workday.
Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries when needed.
Qualifications
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods to consistently lift and carry 50 pounds or more throughout the shift.
Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks, including loading and unloading materials by hand.
Work in varied weather conditions during loading and delivery activities.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
Forklift certification is a plus; training and certification may be provided if needed.
