Job Full Description
Heavy Equipment Operator
Pay: $22.00/hour
Duration: Approximately 2 Months
Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 8-10 hour shifts (hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM)
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3 years of experience operating construction equipment in excavation and site preparation environments.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steers, excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders to excavate and move soil for underground pipe installation projects.
Perform trenching, grading, and site preparation while working closely with pipe crews to ensure safe and efficient installation activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
Experience working on utility, excavation, or construction projects.
Steel-toe boots required.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work is performed around trenches; candidates cannot work in trenches deeper than 4 feet.
