Part-Time Groundskeeper
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (20 hours per week)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and motivated Part-Time Groundskeepers to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep for an apartment complex in Jacksonville.
Responsibilities
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Clean and maintain dog waste stations
- Perform general facility cleaning and upkeep
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Ensure outdoor common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable
- Complete other groundskeeping duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be able to meet background check requirements
- Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
