Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborer Cleaners to join our team for a new construction cleanup project at MCAS Cherry Point. This temporary, seasonal position involves cleaning newly completed construction areas to prepare them for occupancy and final inspection.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed buildings
Remove dust, debris, stickers, and construction residue from surfaces
Clean windows, floors, walls, fixtures, and other building components
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas
Dispose of trash and construction-related waste properly
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Requirements
Must be able to pass base access requirements (Must have a REAL ID, Current vehicle registration and insurance required, ability to meet background check screening)
Reliable transportation to and from MCAS Cherry Point
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the workday, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Previous commercial cleaning or construction cleanup experience is preferred but not required
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
