Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties at a facility in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will be a reliable problem-solver with solid hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to work independently.
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and facility-related issues.
Complete minor carpentry, painting, and general building repairs as needed.
Inspect equipment and facility areas to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work efficiently.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous facilities, apartment, commercial, or general maintenance experience preferred.
Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must be able to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
This is a Monday–Friday opportunity paying $18.00 per hour, ideal for an experienced maintenance professional looking for consistent weekday work in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
