Job Full Description
We are looking for a driver's assistant that is enthusiastic, customer service focused individual.
The driver's assistant is responsible for dropping off out sanitized containers as well as picking up our secured containers that contain sharps, medical materials and/or alike hazardous materials to be brought back to our treatment facility for decanting and disposal.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the driver with the safe loading and unloading of medical waste containers.

Help ensure proper handling, sorting, and placement of containers in accordance with safety and compliance guidelines.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating courteously and professionally with healthcare staff during pickups and deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness of the truck cab and cargo area, ensuring a hygienic and organized environment.

Help the driver with navigating routes, verifying delivery documentation, and using handheld route management devices.

Report any incidents, delays, or route issues to the driver or supervisor promptly.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety protocols.
