OVERVIEW
Express is seeking a Spot Welder for a local company in the Sanford, NC area. In this role the associate will perform a variety of weldments to a variety of parts to assist in holding jigs and fixtures together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regulating current and set timings
- Following standard operating procedures
- Determining correct amount of welding points
- Visually inspecting pieces and checking parts per blueprint
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+Months in spot welding or welding position
- Reading blueprints, drawings, process sheets and job specifications
- Ability to weld stainless steel, Aluminum, CRS, Galvannealed metals
- Lifting 50lbs throughout shift
- Must meet background and drug screen requirements
