Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
Assist walk-in customers and direct them as needed
Process orders efficiently and accurately
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times
Support office operations and assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong order processing and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
