Job Full Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Construction/Hardscape Laborers to join our concrete and land design team. This role involves hands-on work supporting the construction of concrete features, hardscape installations, and site preparation for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and clearing.

  • Support the installation of hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, pavers, walkways, and decorative stonework.

  • Mix, pour, and finish concrete for slabs, driveways, curbs, and other structures.

  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery (e.g., compactors, saws, jackhammers).

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Assist equipment operators and skilled tradesmen as needed on job sites.

  • Follow project plans, measurements, and instructions from supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

  • Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Requirements:

  • 1+year experience in construction, concrete, or hardscape installation preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right person).

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of concrete work, masonry, or landscaping.

  • Familiarity with hardscape materials and installation techniques.

  • Ability to read site plans and measurements.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor job sites with exposure to heat, cold, and various weather conditions.

  • Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs.
