Job Full Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee concrete construction, hardscape installations, and land design projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing crews, budgets, schedules, client relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of concrete, hardscape, and land design projects.

Communicate with clients to understand project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

Coordinate labor, equipment, and material needs for each job site.

Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to specifications.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with plans and regulations.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.

Maintain clear documentation, including change orders, daily reports, and project updates.

Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow.

Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, concrete, hardscape, or land design.

Strong understanding of site development, concrete work, and hardscape installation.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Background in landscape architecture, construction management, or a related field.

OSHA safety certification or equivalent.

Experience in estimating and bidding on construction projects.
Work Environment:

Combination of office and outdoor job sites.

Must be able to travel to multiple project locations.

Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
