OVERVIEW
Express is seeking Delivery Route Drivers for a local company in the Moncure, NC Area. In this role the associate will be loading and delivering packages throughout the shift in accordance to their route specifications. The AVP Driver will use their personal vehicle to complete their assigned routes each day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lifting up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day
- Preparing and organizing packages per route
- Being self motivated and working independently throughout the shift
- Providing excellent customer service when handling customers and packages
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ months of experience in previous delivery related roles
- Meet minimum age requirements of 21 years old
- Must have valid driver's license for at least one year
- Meet background, driving record and drug screen requirements
- Pass training and safety classes
- Complete AVP vehicle approval process
