Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage and maintain company files and records. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are filed accurately, securely, and can be easily retrieved when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and file paper and electronic documents in an efficient and accessible manner

Maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are current and properly labeled

Retrieve documents as requested by staff or management

Scan and upload documents into the company’s digital filing system

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness

Assist with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scanning, and email)

Previous clerical or office experience preferred
