This position requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline of being persistent in making sales contacts.

 

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Sales Team Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business growth targets. This includes setting clear performance goals, monitoring progress, providing regular coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and revenue generation.

 

The Specialist will be recruiting, interviewing candidates on a daily basis, filling job orders, attempting to find slots for the best associates as they come off an assignment, and following up with clients and associates every day to ensure satisfaction.

 

You will also be responsible for collaborating with leadership to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

 

Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline management, and team development will be key aspects of this role.
