Express is looking for a driven candidate with a manual machining experience to join our team.

Manual Machining: Experience operating mills, lathes, and other manual machines to create or modify gripper components.

Mechanical Assembly: Ability to assemble, align, and calibrate gripper systems and related tooling.

Blueprint and Technical Drawing Interpretation: Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and part specifications.

Robotics Integration: Familiarity with robotic platforms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and how grippers interface with them.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Skilled at identifying and fixing mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical issues in gripper systems.

Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of how to maintain and service grippers to ensure reliable performance.

Quality Control and Inspection: Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

Documentation & Reporting: Ability to document setups, repairs, testing results, and create technical reports or manuals.
