Job Full Description
The Forklift Operator / Tire Loader-Unloader is responsible for safely loading and unloading tires using a forklift and through manual handling as needed. This role requires attention to safety, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and adherence to workplace dress and conduct standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Load and unload tires from trailers and warehouse areas using a forklift

Manually handle and stack tires as required

Safely lift and move materials weighing approximately 20–80 lbs
-
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Comply with company policies regarding attire and equipment use
Requirements:

Forklift certification (provided on-site by the company)
-
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (20–80 lbs)

Steel-toe boots required
-
Dress code compliance:
-
No derogatory or inappropriate language/images on clothing
-
Must dress warmly as needed; no hoods permitted while wearing hooded sweatshirts

No earbuds or headphones allowed on the floor

Safety vest and gloves will be provided and must be returned at the end of each shift
