Job Full Description
Express is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual with experience in a warehouse environment!
Responsibilities:
- Manually sort through the metal shingles i.e size, length, and color.
- Comply with Company safety procedures in the workplace.
- Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.
- Ensure all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.
- Store cargo in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets.
- Manage inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory.
- Record the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets.
- Analyze pick sheets based on clients orders and pull the appropriate products for each order.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Fill in with other areas as needed
Requirements:
- Previous forklift experience strongly preferred
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Good reading, math and comprehension skills
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Proficient in safe forklift operation
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work both daily and weekend overtime
- Must have some basic computer knowledge
- Must be a team player and have good attendance
