Job Full Description
We are currently seeking Front Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and a crucial part of our office's daily operations. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet Visitors
- Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide information about our company, products, and services as requested.
- Address inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
- Maintain and coordinate conference room reservations.
- Monitor levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer Service.
- Experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
