Customer Service Associates – Now Hiring!
Express is proud to partner with a local company to hire Customer Service Associates. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or call centers.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to consumers

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

Respond to customer inquiries via email

Gain hands-on experience with company products
Requirements:

Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word

1+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving
