Job Full Description
Power management and electro-mechanical solutions for rotating assets across industries including power generation, utilities, water and wastewater, oil & gas, mining, metals, and manufacturing. Delivering world-class electric motor, generator repair, and power management services.
Assembly Technician – Key Responsibilities

Assemble, disassemble, fabricate, clean, prep, paint, and rebuild remanufactured parts

Perform quality checks and final inspections before shipping
-
Rotate through production tasks and support machinists
-
Operate manufacturing and assembly machinery
-
Handle parts for processing, finishing, packaging, and shipment
-
Debur, polish, tap, and clean parts as needed
-
Complete required paperwork accurately
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-
Support daily shop and business operations
Qualifications & Competencies
-
High School Diploma required; Associate degree or industrial training preferred
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
-
Good technical, problem-solving, and mechanical skills
-
Ability to work independently and retain instructions
-
Manual dexterity for small-part assembly
-
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
