Job Full Description

Power management and electro-mechanical solutions for rotating assets across industries including power generation, utilities, water and wastewater, oil & gas, mining, metals, and manufacturing. Delivering world-class electric motor, generator repair, and power management services. 

 

Assembly Technician – Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, disassemble, fabricate, clean, prep, paint, and rebuild remanufactured parts

  • Perform quality checks and final inspections before shipping

  • Rotate through production tasks and support machinists

  • Operate manufacturing and assembly machinery

  • Handle parts for processing, finishing, packaging, and shipment

  • Debur, polish, tap, and clean parts as needed

  • Complete required paperwork accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Support daily shop and business operations

Qualifications & Competencies

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree or industrial training preferred

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Good technical, problem-solving, and mechanical skills

  • Ability to work independently and retain instructions

  • Manual dexterity for small-part assembly

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs

  • Safety-focused work ethic
