Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in surface preparation, priming, and spraying or brushing cabinets to achieve smooth, professional finishes.
Key Responsibilities

Remove cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware safely

Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing

Repair minor surface imperfections (filling, caulking, sanding)

Apply primer and paint using spray equipment or fine-finish rollers/brushes

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow safety guidelines and proper ventilation procedures
Qualifications

1+ years of professional painting experience (cabinet or fine finish preferred)

Experience with HVLP or airless sprayers

Strong knowledge of surface prep and finishing techniques

Ability to produce smooth, factory-quality finishes
