We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Office Assistant to support our front-office operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with light accounting tasks, and help maintain the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries professionally

  • Enter basic accounting data and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assist walk-in customers with service requests and general questions

  • Perform miscellaneous office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and supporting daily operations

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data entry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
