Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Installation Technician that will be assembling automotive lifts. The perfect candidate will have mechanical knowledge and be capable of maneuvering heavy pieces for assembly. Candidates will also be working with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and secure automotive lifts according to manufacturer specifications.

Maneuver and position heavy components safely during installation.

Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues with lifts and related equipment.

Provide excellent customer service while working directly with clients to explain installation processes and resolve equipment concerns.

Use mechanical tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks.

Conduct routine inspections and testing of installed lifts to ensure proper function and safety compliance.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and parts are accounted for.

Accurately document installation details, repairs, and customer interactions.

Follow all company, manufacturer, and OSHA safety standards and guidelines.

Assist team members with large or complex installations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have the ability to read a tape measure
- Sit down forklift experience
- 1 + year of Mechanical assembly experience
- HVAC experience a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Must meet background and drug testing requirements
