Job Full Description
OVERVIEW
Seeking a Warehouse Tire Technician to inspect tires for defects, punctures, and overall condition. This role involves operating air compressors and related equipment to properly inflate tires and ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying any signs of damage, wear, or irregularities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure and adjust tire air pressure using calibrated gauges and air compressors to meet manufacturer and company specifications
- Inspect each tire for visible damage (cracks, punctures, uneven wear) and separate or report any non-conforming inventory
- Accurately document pressure readings, completed checks, and flagged issues in warehouse logs or inventory systems to maintain quality control and traceability
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to use tire pressure gauges, air compressors, and basic hand tools accurately
- Attention to detail to ensure correct PSI levels and identify tire defects
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle tires throughout the shift
- 6+ months experience in a warehouse, automotive, or tire-related environment preferred
