Job Full Description
We are seeking a professional and outgoing Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role will involve handling incoming calls, assisting walk-in customers, processing orders, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process incoming orders and maintain accurate documentation
- Complete prior title searches through email and phone communication
- Enter and log information into company systems and databases
- Maintain organized files and assist with general office operations
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed as job knowledge increases
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
- Previous experience in real estate, banking, or the title industry preferred
