Job Full Description
Position Summary:
The ESL Instructor provides engaging English language instruction to non-native English speakers, helping students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective ESL lessons.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Maintain attendance, grades, and student records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Previous ESL teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with educational technology is a plus.
