Job Full Description
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator who is able to think quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves operating production machinery, monitoring material input and output, and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise to ensure efficient production flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate major concerns to supervisors
- Assist with loading materials and packaging finished products as needed
- Accurately cut and trim materials using sharp blades in accordance with established safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 months of experience utilizing basic hand tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, sharp blades, etc.) in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make quick and effective decisions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and remain on feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
