Job Full Description
OVERVIEW
Express is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Technician for a local company in Sanford. For this role associate will diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting to resolve problems on the spot
- Performing routine maintenance and warranty work
- Diagnosing issues for current clients
- Install new systems as needed
- Maintain accurate records
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Valid Driver's License
