Warehouse Worker – Threader Department
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our Threader Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience threading knitting machines and a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and attendance.
Job Responsibilities
- Thread yarn into knitting machines.
- Start and operate knitting machines according to production requirements.
- Continuously monitor knitting machines while walking the production floor.
- Identify defects and stop machines when quality issues occur.
- Climb ladders and machines as needed to loosen bolts and perform basic adjustments.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow production schedules to meet manufacturing goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a knitting machine threader is required.
- Good eyesight and depth perception.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and machinery safely.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Committed to meeting or exceeding production and quality standards.
