Job Full Description
OVERVIEW
The Hose Assembly Technician supports the manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic hose products. This role prepares components, assembles fittings, inspects finished products, and ensures work meets company quality, safety, and production standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cut, clean, prepare, and assemble hydraulic hoses to specified requirements.
- Install and orient proper hose fittings using hydraulic crimping equipment.
- Label, package, and prepare hose assemblies and kits for customer shipment.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Assemble subcomponents and place parts for processing, inspection, or packaging.
- Rotate through various production tasks as needed to support workflow.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support daily operations and other production activities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Driver’s license required.
- Associate degree or Industrial Skills Training/Certificate preferred.
- Ability to make precise coordinated movements of fingers of both hands to disassemble/assemble small objects.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal direction.
