Job Details

OVERVIEW

• Construct and repair concrete surfaces, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and street infrastructure. 
• Perform roadway maintenance, including pothole repairs, asphalt work, and drainage system upkeep. 
• Operate equipment such as dump trucks, asphalt rollers, tractor mowers, and other maintenance vehicles. 
• Use hand and power tools including chainsaws, concrete saws, jackhammers, edgers, and weed eaters. 
• Maintain rights-of-way through mowing, tree trimming, brush removal, and landscaping activities.
• Set up traffic control devices to ensure safe work zones and emergency response areas. 
• Conduct equipment inspections, perform basic preventive maintenance, and follow safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or public works preferred. 
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools safely. 
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying outdoor conditions. 
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL ability preferred.
