OVERVIEW
Seeking a Construction Debris Removal & Cleanup Associate to maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites. This role involves removing debris, disposing of waste materials, supporting site preparation, and ensuring work areas remain hazard-free throughout all phases of construction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Remove construction debris, trash, and excess materials from job sites.
- Load, transport, and dispose of wood, drywall, concrete, metal, and other waste materials.
- Sweep, clean, and maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with site preparation and final project cleanup.
- Organize and move tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support construction crews with general labor tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous construction, general labor, or cleanup experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety and workplace cleanliness.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
