Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in customer relations, sales, or management. The successful candidate will help create a positive customer experience, assist associates with pay selections and other needs, and support daily office operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome customers and visitors while providing a positive first impression.

Assist customers in person and by telephone, providing information about company services.

Address customer concerns and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

Enter associate information and process pay selections accurately.

Complete second-day and Friday Quality Control (QC) calls with associates.

Document customer and associate interactions, inquiries, concerns, and follow-up actions in the appropriate systems.

Follow up with associates regarding outstanding paychecks and payment options.

Review attendance reports and communicate with associates regarding attendance concerns.

Report positive feedback, concerns, and issues to the appropriate team members.

Assist with scheduling appointment reminders and preparing forms and office supplies.

Maintain adequate supplies of associate forms and drug-testing materials.

Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
At least one year of face-to-face retail customer service experience preferred.

At least one year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle customer and associate inquiries professionally.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
