We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve concerns while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Starting pay $18.75
Permanent Position: Opportunity to earn up to $44,000/ the first year ($21+ per hour) after training, based on attendance, call volume, and overall performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to, handle, and accurately document incoming calls and emails from retail consumers within a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Gain hands on experience with company products
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver effective, timely solutions
- Maintain accurate and professional records of all customer interactions
- Navigate multiple software systems and efficiently multitask across platforms using three screens.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to effectively manage high-stress situations by multitasking across multiple systems while professionally de-escalating customer complaints and maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach.
- 1+ Year in a high-volume call center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Must be able to type 45wpm
