Job Full Description
Fargo, North Dakota Production Company is seeking a Light Production Operator. This vital role is involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring the seamless production of high-quality products. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining efficiency and excellence from setup to completion.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare machines for setup and operation.
Monitor and maintain machines to ensure continuous operation.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Conduct inspections of finished products.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to multitask, work on your feet, and have an eye for detail is key. The hourly starting rate is at $17/hour. The company offers excellent benefits including paid time off, health, vision, life insurance, and more.
