Job Full Description
A local building materials manufacturer is seeking a Production Team Lead to join their team. In this role, you’ll lead and support production crews in truss manufacturing, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. As a working leader, you’ll supervise saw operation and truss assembly, assign work from shop orders and prints, monitor progress, and step in on production tasks when needed. The ideal candidate has prior truss or manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $25–$27/hr DOE with full benefits, and this is a year-round position with no winter layoff.
