A local, leading audio/visual events company is seeking a skilled Lead Production Foreman to join their team. This position is responsible for supervising and working alongside crews during event setups, operations, and teardowns, while also training and mentoring stagehands in proper techniques and safety practices. The ideal candidate combines technical AV production expertise with strong leadership and a passion for developing others. This role offers $40,000 – $50,000 DOE plus excellent benefits.
