Job Full Description
We are hiring a full-time Plant Maintenance Technician in West Fargo, ND. This role works Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, starting at $23–$24/hour DOE. The Maintenance Assistant supports the Plant Maintenance Coordinator with daily upkeep of the facility, including cleaning, organizing inventory, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and handling emergency requests. Duties also include maintaining outdoor areas, removing waste, and operating equipment such as a skid steer or payloader for snow removal in the winter. The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, good communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or plumbing systems is a plus but not required. We are looking for someone dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
