A Waterville HVAC company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects, including ground-up construction, from planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Must have proven project management experience in the HVAC industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have SST card and a valid driver's license. The pay is $70k-$90k and great benefits offered including 100% employer paid health.
