Job Full Description
A local concrete contractor is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to lead crews on commercial and residential projects. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for jobsite safety, quality of work, crew efficiency, blueprint interpretation, and coordination with engineers, architects, and homeowners. This person will also be responsible for accurate timecards, job-related paperwork, and coaching crews while enforcing company standards and local flatwork codes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of concrete flatwork experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to run safe, efficient jobs from start to finish.
