Job Full Description
A local construction-related supply company is seeking Small Engine Shop Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations while performing hands-on maintenance and repairs on small engine construction equipment. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment, managing workflow and inventory, leading and developing mechanics, ensuring safety compliance, and providing strong customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, 3–5 years of equipment repair experience (including supervisory experience), solid leadership skills, and the ability to keep a shop organized, productive, and running efficiently. Pay is $50k - $65k DOE with Excellent benefits including very affordable health insurance.
