Job Full Description
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales efforts and marketing campaigns that drive revenue and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the industry and understands the Fargo market.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead sales and marketing strategy and execution
- Grow revenue through new and existing client relationships
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Track performance and adjust strategies for better results
- Work closely with leadership and represent the hotel at meetings and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Hotel industry experience required
- Proven success in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Knowledge of the Fargo market preferred
