Job Full Description
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who can manage teams, control costs, and maintain high service and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and events
- Lead, train, and develop F&B management and staff
- Manage budgets, food and labor costs, and inventory controls
- Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with sales, events, and hotel leadership to support revenue goals
- Drive guest satisfaction through excellent service and innovative offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- Hotel or hospitality food & beverage experience required
- Banquet expertise
- Proven leadership experience in F&B operations
- Strong financial, organizational, and team-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
