Job Full Description
This role bridges construction expertise, customer relationships, and revenue impact. The Client Experience & Construction Services Manager serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners after completion, ensuring projects are supported, concerns are addressed, and long-term relationships are built.
You’ll work closely with construction teams, trade partners, and homeowners to manage post-build service needs, protect brand reputation, and identify opportunities that support future sales and referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead representative for homeowners during the post-construction service period
- Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, and follow-up documentation with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage service requests from intake through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Collaborate directly with construction leadership and trade partners to address structural or workmanship issues
- Maintain model homes and showcase properties to company standards
- Oversee service-related vendors and authorize payments as needed
- Track trends, recommend process improvements, and support operational efficiency
- Supervise and mentor service support staff
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment related to service operations
- Represent the company in a way that encourages referrals and repeat business
- Support company revenue goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience
