A small, specialty confections retail shop is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a small team of part-time employees. This full-time role covers business hours Monday through Sunday, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, ordering inventory and supplies, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food-grade business or kitchen environment, along with management or supervisory experience.
