Job Full Description
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee operations at a large job site just outside of Fargo. This role is ideal for someone with prior management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team of 3–8 employees, including scheduling and day-to-day oversight
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide guidance, support, and accountability to your team
- Coordinate workflow and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Background in construction or manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing project needs
Schedule:
- Typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 5–6 days per week (50–60 hours)
- Rotating Saturdays as needed
